The Suite/Room 1
The suite has exclusive use of the entire top floor of the house, including a bedroom with king size bed and a well-appointed lounge. Situated on the very top floor of the main house, high above Keswick, it has panoramic views of Skiddaw, Latrigg, Blencathra, Catbells, Newlands and much more. An en-suite bathroom with power shower, and a lounge area with LCD TV are also available. Additional amenities include a refreshment tray, toiletries, and hairdryer.
Scenic Double/Room 3
Located on the third floor of the main house, our scenic double room is giving breathtaking views over Keswick to a panoramic mountain vista of Blencathra, Latrigg, and Skiddaw. The bedroom is light, airy, and decorated and furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. It is equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower. Amenities include a hairdryer, LCD TV, toiletries, and refreshment tray.
Superior King/Room 5
High, spacious and bright, on the third floor of the main house, this lovely room runs the full width of the house with two large windows overlooking St John's Church and offering views toward Catbells and Causey Pike. It contains a comfortable seating area with armchairs and a digital LCD TV, with a further TV for viewing in bed. Large and modern, the room contains a king size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower. The room is well equipped with a hairdryer, two LCD TVs, toiletries and refreshment tray.
Small Double Room/Room 6
Located in our modern annexe at the rear of the guest house. It offers an en-suite with shower, bedroom, wash basin and amenities including an LCD TV, hairdryer, refreshment tray, and toiletries.

Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style and located in our modern annexe at the rear of the guest house, this room is equipped with a double bed, LCD TV, en-suite with shower, and a wash basin in the bedroom. King or Twin Room/Room 8
With a comfortable seating area for you to relax after your day on the fells, this room offers a king size bed or twin single beds. Located in our modern annexe at the rear of the guest house, it is equipped with a a large en-suite bathroom with shower facilities. Amenities include an LCD TV, hairdryer, refreshment tray and toiletries.
